FAQ
What lines do the worksheets use?
Primary-style guide lines: a solid top line, a dashed middle line where lower-case letters stop, and a red baseline. The letter style is a plain print (manuscript) style, not cursive.
Which size should I pick?
Large (3/4 inch from base to top line) for preschool to 1st grade, medium (1/2 inch) for 2nd grade and small (3/8 inch) for 3rd grade and up.
Can I make name tracing sheets?
Yes. Choose My words, type the child's name on a line, and it fills each row so they can trace it again and again.
How do I print it the right size?
Open the PDF and print at 100% or "Actual size" rather than "Fit to page", on US Letter or A4 to match the paper size you chose.
Is it really free? Do I need an account?
Yes, it's free and there's no sign-up. The PDF is created in your browser and nothing is uploaded. Print it as often as you like for home or classroom use.
